What to expect
before you arrive
In order to be seen right away, please be sure to fill out your online patient registration forms before you arrive. We will email you a confirmation of your booking along with a link to your forms after you make your appointment!

first visit
On your first visit, you will meet with a one of our clinicians to discuss your registration forms and discuss your health history. Next a thorough physical examination will be performed alongside a digital postural examination to determine problem areas. Your clinician will then prepare a detailed, individual report of their findings and create a personalised treatment programme based on your physical tests, postural assessment and any other findings.
second visit
On your next visit, your clinician will discuss your report of findings and outline their specific recommendations for your care. We will walk you through what those recommendations look like and answer any questions you have moving forward.
If you decide to proceed with care with us, you will receive your first full treatment on this visit!
