4. E-vouchers

Purchasing

E-vouchers are available to purchase through our website. When you complete a purchase, you will receive your e-voucher by email. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an e-voucher, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

Use

E-vouchers are sold for a specific treatment type and can only be redeemed for the treatment stated on the voucher. They cannot be exchanged for a different treatment or service. E-vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase E-vouchers can be gifted to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash E-vouchers have no cash value and no change will be given E-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless otherwise stated Lost or stolen e-vouchers cannot be replaced.

Refunds

If you change your mind after purchasing an e-voucher, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used or redeemed. To request a refund, please contact us at info@totalbalanceclinic.co.uk. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase and processed within 14 days of your request being approved. After 30 days, e-vouchers are non-refundable unless required by law.

Expiry

E-vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expired e-vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or refunded. We recommend booking your appointment in good time before your voucher expires.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on this website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already confirmed. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Total Balance Clinic Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
