Hello! My name is Sinead Borsah and I would like to personally welcome you to Total Balance Clinic. I am very happy and privileged to be working alongside such a wonderful and talented team here at Total Balance.
I graduated from the University of Bedfordshire in 2019 with a Sports Therapy degree. When it came to choosing a career for myself I always knew I wanted to help people in some capacity because I wanted to enjoy and take pride in the work I would be doing. Having been into sports my whole life, Sports Therapy was career I wanted to pursue. My eagerness and passion for working in the Sports Therapy industry continued to grow the more I began to learn about the mechanism of injuries and how to go about treating them, alongside the physiological and biomechanical aspect of injury.
When I’m not working I love to exercise and spend time with my family and friends. I currently play football and have done for the past 15 years. In that time it’s safe to say I’ve had my fair share of injuries. Being injured myself and experiencing first-hand the frustration and disappointment that comes along with it motivated me to support others going through similar circumstances. I believe everyone at some point in their lives will experience feelings of frustration and disappointment of not being able to do something they once were able to or simply just don’t feel like themselves for one reason or another. That’s where we step in as a team to help identify the issue and find the appropriate course of care as well as maintaining your optimal well-being. With all that being said, I sincerely look forward to helping you to achieve your goals and maintain your optimal well-being.
